Heftige Ping Probleme

So Moin erstmal ich hatte einnen VAC Bann bekommen und habe mir einen neuen account angelegt und Steam neu Installiert, nun ist es aber so das ich jetzt immer einenn 200-500 Ping habe obwohl ich DSL-Fastpath habe da ist doch irgendwas verkehert wie kann ich wieder meinene 20-40 Ping bekomme?
